I saw something like a flickering light coming from behind the elevator gate... and the elevator arrived, even though nobody summoned it! I went inside with another girl, I think her name is Shinobu...
But then everything went dark, and I could feel something cold brush against me... and there was a sound, like someone whispering.
When we stepped out, the lobby was dark, and everyone was acting as usual... but there were all these other people there. I couldn't make them out very well. They disappeared when the lights came back on.
From what I’ve seen so far, there’s definitely other people here. Staff, I’d assume. But I haven’t seen them, only the evidence of their presence. Like when you enter the kitchen and get shooed out, or when you order something in the restaurant and it just appears in front of you.
But not people. They’ve been conspicuously missing since we arrived here.
We couldn’t use the elevator at all, until the very point you and Shinobu were able to. Either you weren’t supposed to and saw something you weren’t meant to, or they were laying a trail of breadcrumbs.
