I'd love to see a city known for its flowers, but I think you can make your own fairy tale, Estelle-san. You can write your own story.
[ outside the scope of a murdergame, anyway. shinobu is sincere, though. estelle's sweetness is charming, and she thinks estelle can grow to do great things or explore any place she wants. ]
[ and down a few doors. shinobu opens the door and lets estelle in. copypastes from app:
Shinobu's room has a somewhat traditional Japanese aesthetic - tatami floor, shoji screens, that off-white color with those warm cypress/cedar/pine tones, etc. It will be warm, welcoming, healing, but also clean and tidy in the way someone who practices medicine should approach their work station.
There are bookshelves with fake books that look to be about plants, medicine, and other medical knowledge. Other shelves seem to hold empty (fake?) binders that look as if they'd hold medical records. There are also shelves and drawers that are organized and structured in a way to look to be as if they're meant to hold medical supplies and different chemical compounds. There are cute and well-tended houseplants tucked away here and there. There's a cute but empty goldfish bowl hanging out on the floor somewhere.
Her bed is large but low to the floor, almost like a futon. Her covers are comfy and soft but elegant in color scheme. There is mural backdrop behind her bed of wisteria trees/flowers. There's a low table in the center with cushions surrounding it. Paper lamps are placed strategically everywhere for function and for aesthetic - ceiling, floor, desk, etc. Her desk is simple but with drawers and (empty) file organizers and a chair tucked into it. There is a very aesthetic tea set sitting on it. There are empty containers for what would be pens and brushes. Her dresser is also a simple wooden dresser.

[She takes Shinobu's hands into her own.]
Thank you. I'll do my best.
... Oh! Would it be okay if I saw your room, too?

she lifts estelle's hand. ]
Of course. Let's go. My room is a bit less picturesque than yours.

[Back out to the hallway! She'll let Shinobu lead from there.]

[Estelle's eyes light up when she steps inside.]
There's something elegant about this place... I think it suits you really well, Shinobu!
